So at my company we have been trying to use the VPS to make experiences on monuments and small spaces in museums.
Unfortunately the results of the scanner aren’t really great, this impacts both the tracking and the resulting mesh, I even tried to scan a big base of a monument, which is like a vertical 3D rectangle, and the faces of the scan aren’t completely flat and it has holes.
I know the 8thwall web vps still in beta phase, I’d like to know a bit of the roadmap, what and when can we expect improvements?
I think this is one of the best features of 8thwall and I can’t wait for it to be more stable and make super cool experiences
