I am currently involved in a project that requires scanning various wayspots for VPS integration. We are operating out of South Korea and have encountered some confusion regarding the VPS scanning schedule and time zone references.
Upon reviewing the VPS scan progress dashboard, we noticed that scans conducted in South Korea after 4 PM KST are being categorized under the 8 AM - 3 PM time slot, which we initially assumed to be based on U.S. time zones.
Which time zone is the VPS scanning schedule based on?
How should we adjust our scanning times in South Korea to ensure that our scans are registered in the intended time slots, specifically the 4 AM - 7 AM and 4 PM - 7 PM slots?

I have successfully created waypoints in the Indochina time zone, so I believe that the time zone is not the issue. However, you need to scan and upload the scans in the morning, afternoon, evening, or late evening, and then wait a few days for approval.

Yeah, my team and I just keep on scanning multiple of times until i reach 10/10 regardless the time zone then we were able to successfully request the activation.
