We’re building a WebAR coloring book and we’re in research phase for this.
I believe the best way to do this is to UV wrap the model and have that same UV shape as an image target and once we activate it, then we could apply that part of the target as a texture for the model.
now, applying a texture to the model is fine, the challenge here would be how to only extract the target from the camera texture and then apply this to the model.
Does anyone have any pointers on how to achieve this? Or perhaps another way of achieving this result?
