I want to achieve a highly realistic look in web AR, and Iβm aware that it can be maximized up to a certain point in terms of quality. My question is, what should I do to produce ultra-realistic results through lighting, material, and texture adjustments? Iβm open to any resources or suggestions you may have.

You can certainly create super realistic look with WebAR. This comes down to the 3D model itself and optimization. You can certainly tweak shadows and lighting in WebAR but the model is the most important.
Here is an example of an experience I developed with super high quality 3D scans of shoes. This experience doesnβt have any lighting but the shoes were really great 3D models and I optimized them a lot
Here is some helpful information about 3D model optimization
