Hello, we’re trying to purchase a White Label Subscription but the button takes us to “Page not found”. We’re on a legacy “Pro” Account that’s waiting to expire, so not sure if that has anything to do with the error.

Can you please email support@8thwall.com and provide the following info:

  1. the email address associated with your account
  2. name of the project you are trying to purchase a white-label license for.
  3. the URL of the page you are seeing this error
  4. screenshot of the page in question

We can then investigate further.
