Issues with Test Scan Location

Hello,

I’m currently testing VPS functionality with 8th Wall and have encountered a few issues. I’d greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide:

  1. Test Scan Location – iPhone with Scaniverse
    I created a test scan using an iPhone and linked it to my 8th Wall account via the QR code in Scaniverse.
    The scan appears in the Geospatial Browser and is marked with a lock icon, but it’s also labeled as “unaligned.” Although VPS appears to be activated, I’m unable to use this location to place content.

Question: What does the “unaligned” status indicate? Is there a way to make the scan usable for placing content?

2.Android Scan Not Appearing
I also attempted to create a scan using an Android device.
However, unlike the iOS scan, this one does not appear in the Geospatial Browser at all.

Question:Are there any known limitations when using Android to create test scans for 8th Wall or to enable VPS in Scaniverse?
