Geospatial Browser Map Not Loading – Urgent Support Needed for Participant Access

We are currently experiencing a recurring issue that is preventing many of our participants from accessing the Geospatial Browser properly.

We are aiming to onboard at least 30 participants to contribute to VPS activation by performing the required 10 scans per location. However, a significant number of them are unable to proceed because the map does not load in the Geospatial Browser — the screen remains white and unresponsive.

All participants have created individual accounts through Niantic Spatial, and the issue occurs across both Android and iOS devices.

Is there any known solution or workaround for this issue? We would greatly appreciate guidance, as this problem is preventing users from completing their scans and is delaying our entire activation process.
