I’m using the demo that allows you to hold an object in your hand, put a watch on your wrist or ring on your finger, I would like to change the text that is displayed when there is no hand in front of the camera,
the text says “point your phone towards your hand” and there is an animated logo showing this.
Can I change the text for a different language? r am I stuck with the english only?

Check out Coaching Overlay | 8th Wall , there is a promptText parameter you can override with your desired text

Thanks again for all your help. My big project is getting close to being ready to launch.
It’s been a huge learning experience, figuring out how to get around the react 2d interface to make the entire experience 3D, and my project will have over 12 different scenes. and be translated into french, my client is loving what they are seeing and thinking about more ways to impliment the technology.
I want to thank you for taking the time to help out, it really means a lot and says a lot about 8thwall.
