The process I’m doing is to to download the VPS mesh with textures. Like this:
Next I have to import the GLB into Blender, because the main 3D programs like Max/maya don’t support this file.
In blender I can see the textures on the model parts. Here:
But if I export it to fbx/obj or any other format, the textures don’t show up in Maya, only the materials in white.
How to export the file from Studio into Maya with textures correctly?
I don’t use Blender, by the way.

I recommend checking the Blender export settings for FBX, as it seems the materials might be getting misinterpreted during the export process. Additionally, posting your issue on the Blender forums could provide more insights from the community.
You could also try an online glb / gltf to fbx converter.

In blender I couldn’t find a solution, but, after some time it occurred to me to try and import the GLB into https://gltf.report/ .
In there, I was able to see all the textures, and, there is an option to export them separately , so it worked great.
If I may, I would suggest for make a type of Faqs in the manual with tutorials for people using Maya/Max where there is no GLB import file type.
