Hi Evan, thank you for your reply. Even with the settings applied, I still see a black background when using the simulator. Please see the image below. When I test with a simple cube, I can see the sidewalk environment correctly. [image]

Hi George, thank you for your reply. Here is the current setting. When placing a simple cube and hiding the imported .spz, the sidewalk environment shows correctly. But when i turn back on the .spz, the environment shows in black. [image]

I’ve forwarded this to our engineering team, and they’ve let me know that this isn’t expected and is a result of a bug.

Hi George, I am still having the same issue when importing a new .spz file. After sharing the project with your team, the .spz file that was already in the scene works great in AR. But when I import a new .spz file, I have the same black background as before. Could I get help on this? Thank you.
