Using VPS Scans in a Different Location

Hi,

I have a question regarding VPS scans. Is it possible to scan an object in one location, then move the object to a different place, mark the new location on the map, and use the previously made scan from the original location in this new place?

Hi @Yevgen_Poliak - can you please provide some more details on the use-case? Is the latitude/longitude simply incorrect or has the object physically moved?

Thank you for your response. Let me provide more details.

I want to scan a car while it’s parked in a parking lot. Later, the same car will be moved to an exhibition hall, and I would like to use the scan made in the parking lot based on the coordinates of the exhibition hall.

Is it possible to apply the VPS scan from the parking lot in this new location (the exhibition hall) using the hall’s coordinates?
