VPS Issues @ Archeology Site

I am working on a VPS experience for the Municipal District of San Miguel in Lima, Peru. I have hit a wall with the experience I am building and need urgent support as I have to announce the project deadline to the stakeholders by next week and still don’t have certainty whether I will be able to use 8th Wall for the project or not.

  1. The VPS location I wanted to activate for the experience was rejected. I was not told why it was rejected, and now I can’t add another request for activation at that spot I intended to use for the experience. Someone from the Niantic Spatial team is looking into it but is taking a very long time to respond and I’m not sure if they will get back to me before I need to present a deadline. 2. The 3D model I want to show is not appearing consistently. When it does, sometimes it’s stable, sometimes it drifts or loads somewhere I wasn’t expecting on the screen. I could use some advice to make sure I am configuring the project correctly. I have gone through lots of iterations and have not been able to find a clear answer for what works. Ideally, I could hop on a 30-minute zoom call with someone to power through some questions and have a good idea of where the issue is. That would be much more efficient in my opinion but am open for any kind of help I can get. Poste Central Huantinamarca
    1. Mesh won’t load into scene, making it hard to position items accurately
    2. Hider mesh makes it hard to distinguish the ground level
    3. Absolute scale not working at all, only responsive
    4. In responsive scale mode, model is drifting or having hard time recognizing ground level
    5. The model we are using is an ultra low-poly version of the actual model we will use for the final product. If we can’t get this model to stay in place, I doubt a heavier model will work any better.
