I would like to modify Lower Manhattan’s skyline by adding 5-7 cyberpunk looking buildings. Would it be possible to anchor these buildings to lower manhattan skyline and be viewable from any perspective in NYC? If so, what would the steps be to do that?

Hello @William_Yeh You could certainly use sky effects to get a similar effect. Here is a sample project
However, keep in mind that you wouldn’t be able to localize the buldings to align exactly to a certain location. Sky effects would work in whatever orientation the user opens up their device.
You could also try to combine the sky effects with our compass project to try and aim the experience in a certainly position. However, there still wouldn’t be a way to localize the virtual content exactly as shown in your image.
