Animation in asset lab is failing to generate

Hi,

I’ve created a 3D character in Asset lab, it has a t-pose and is a glb 3D character. However, I’m trying to genarate animation to it but I’m getting the message ‘failed to generate’. I’ve 500 credits, so that can’t be the problem. Can someone help me?

Asset Lab uses Meshy AI to animate the model. Meshy likely isn’t able to handle the model that is given as input. Can you download and share the model with me?

I can’t upload it here.. But in the mean time I’ve managed to animate it somewhere else, so I can continue
