Help with VPS Wayspot: 'No Mesh Available' Issue

I’d like to work with a Wayspot that has VPS activated. However, in the GSB map, it says ‘No Mesh Available,’ so I can’t load it into my project. Could this be because the quality is marked as ‘Fair’? I’ve already done a lot of additional scans, so I’m wondering if I just need to add more scans, or if there might be another issue I’m overlooking. Any insights would be appreciated!

In case it helps describing the issue, the attached image shows what I mean. I have reactivated the location 2 times. It only happens to me with this one particular wayspot.

I had used the Scaniverse app on Android. There is an announcement in the Scaniverse Forum that says:

“We want to bring an important issue to your attention regarding scans made with the Scaniverse app on Android devices, specifically that due to a technical issue with the current version of the Android app, scans are coming through as corrupted. As a result, any scans created and uploaded using this version are not able to be used for mapping purposes at this time.”
