Is vps targeting quality get better if there are many scan datas?

I just wonder if multiple scanning of the same place can make the vps targeting quality get better.

Recently i heard somewhere it is good for vps to have 30~40 scanning data.

If i upload more scaning data of one place, is it better to recognize regardless of the selected vps mesh?
