Problem with uploading scans to 8th wall

Hi everyone,

While testing the capabilities of Lightship VPS, I encountered a problem with uploading scans from both Scaniverse and Niantic Wayfarer. Despite trying more than 20 times, I was unable to upload any scans.

I scanned my apartment and attempted both the “Upload Now” and “Upload Later” options, but neither worked. Occasionally, an error screen appeared with no specific details, while other times there was no error message at all. However, the status of the scans on the private location remained unchanged.

Hello @GeorgeButler , I am experiencing a similar issue with uploading a scan to a private location.
I connected the Scaniverse app to the 8th wall acount by scanning a dedicated QR code from a VPS Niantic Studio project. I could see the private location and create a scan of the location, but after uploading the scan (I got Upload Success popup), the scan did not show up at the location at GSB (I tried doing multiple scans throughout a couple of days to see if there is any propagation delay, but even after 3 days I could not see any scans at the location)
Could you please check if the setup I did was correct and what could be the issue?
