Hi, I’m getting an issue where I’m stuck on the splash screen on a published page. Video attached.
Is there an easy way to fix this? It’s happening on multiple browsers and on template projects as well as our project. Camera permissions are still triggering on other websites.
Current iOS: 18.7.2
Firefox version 145.3
the video doesn’t seem to load. maybe you can try a different video format or uploading to a public google drive?

I’m also unable to see the video, uploading on YouTube as Unlisted works as well.
